Aerobics Classes

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness).

 

 


Ball Workout:

A combination of cardio and sculpting using small, medium and large balls.

 

Cardio Workout:

An energetic workout with a mild to moderate low impact cardio component geared towards beginners & the mature adult. Proper exercise technique, safety & body awareness is emphasized in this self paced easy to follow class.

 

Core Condition:

Designed for all levels of fitness this class is a head to toe workout of toning & strengthening. Using bands, body bars, hand weights, Swiss balls & more. Utilizing your core for maximum results.

 

Lite Cardio Sculpt:

20 min low impact cardio, 20 min body sculpting followed by a relaxing stretch and cool down.

 

Fitness Fusion:

A fun anything goes format. It will vary from Boot Camp, to Boxing, to Sculpt & Hi/Lo finishing with a yoga based stretch keeping you motivated and on your toes!

 

Thigh, Butt & Abs:

An intense workout using free weights, core boards & fitness balls to sculpt & tone those muscles you didn’t know you had!

 

20/20/20:

20min Spin, 20min upper/lower body conditioning using free weights, core boards & fitness balls following with a 20min abs & stretch.
