Kristin Heggs

 

Kristin Heggs

Educated at the University of the Fraser Valley, Kristin graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree. In 2004, she graduated as Valedictorian of the Science department at Douglas College, receiving a diploma in Sport Science.

 

Kristin has a strong passion for sports and recreation as she has competed at various levels in a variety of sports throughout her life. Kristin has earned NCCP coaching certifications through her heavy involvement in coaching soccer as well as a large background in coaching swimming and diving.

 

Since 2003, Kristin has been involved in individual and group training, with a strong focus on Athletic Conditioning and Water Therapy. Kristin has obtained BCRPA certifications in Personal Training, Weight Training, Aqua fit, Group Fit and Third Age, as well as Spinning Certification through Cycle Fit. Kristin is geared towards working with individuals who wish to improve their overall health and athletic functioning.
