Diva Fitness & Pilates offers top of the line STSTOTT ReformersOTT reformers and Pilates equipment. Training on STOTT reformers will create longer, stronger and leaner muscles while improving posture, balance and core strength.

 

This is a great addition to any fitness regime and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Pilates reformer classes are recognized by health practitioners and are proven effective for those with back pain and other general pains.

  - Winter 2010 QuickStart Program

The QuickStart program lasts for five weeks and includes 10 Pilates Reformer sessions.

(maximum of five students).

 

QuickStarts are designed for new clients with no previous experience.

Fees are $249.95 plus gst for the entire serious of 10 Reformer QuickStart classes plus an initial and final weigh and measure.

 

Food plans also available.

Completion of the QuickStart program will prepare clients to go into group classes at a beginning/intermediate level in either mat or reformer.

 

Pilates mat work is a great place to begin.Pilates Mat

 

All of the fundamental movements and Pilates exercise principles are incorporated in the mat exercises.

 

The mat exercises are adaptable to any fitness level, and it is nice to focus on learning the basics correctly without having to get friendly with new exercise equipment at the same time.

 

The mat exercises will help you quickly gain a lot of strength and confidence in the Pilates method.
