Reformer Training
Training on the Reformer is a great addition to any fitness
regime and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Pilates Reformer classes are recognized by health practitioners
and are proven effective for those with back pain and other
general pains.
Training on the reformer will create longer, stronger and
leaner muscles while improving posture, balance and core strength.
Depending on what your needs are, you can either train in a
group or privately.
Most clients are training once or twice a week for one hour.
Most participants notice a difference in how they feel within a
couple of weeks.
Classes run Monday through Saturday
mornings and evenings.
