Shelby has been in the health and fitness
industry for the past 15 years. She always knew she wanted to be
involved in health and wellness, and found her place in women’s
fitness. Shelby participated in her first pilates mat class in
2001 and was hooked. She joined the team at Diva Fitness and soon
became a certified pilates mat and reformer instructor. Shelby
does one on one training with clients as well as group training.

For over 10 years Beulah has been
taking fitness classes. Inspired by the changes it had made in
her life Beulah took the steps to becoming a BCRPA registered
fitness instructor.
She currently teaches Group fitness
and Spinning classes.

Bristol Borden
Having a passion for an active life style and belief in
health through fitness Bristol has spent over 10 years in the
wellness industry.
She is BCRPA certified, and has pursued studies in numerous
directions including Pilates mat and reformer, yoga, weight
training, spinning and aerobics.
Bristol works as a Youth Worker for the Langley School
District and finds balance through her teaching and practice. |

Kristin Heggs

Educated at the University of the Fraser Valley, Kristin
graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree. In 2004, she
graduated as Valedictorian of the Science department at Douglas
College, receiving a diploma in Sport Science.
Kristin has a strong passion for sports and recreation as she
has competed at various levels in a variety of sports throughout
her life. Kristin has earned NCCP coaching certifications
through her heavy involvement in coaching soccer as well as a
large background in coaching swimming and diving.
Since 2003, Kristin has been involved in individual and group
training, with a strong focus on Athletic Conditioning and Water
Therapy. Kristin has obtained BCRPA certifications in Personal
Training, Weight Training, Aqua fit, Group Fit and Third Age, as
well as Spinning Certification through Cycle Fit. Kristin is
geared towards working with individuals who wish to improve
their overall health and athletic functioning.
