After over 25 years in the fitness industry, Sherri is both educated and experienced. She is the head trainer and co-owner of Diva Fitness and also oversees the SMART Weight Loss Program. The great results her clients get can attest to her skills as a trainer and lifestyle coach.

Shelby has been in the health and fitness industry for the past 15 years. She always knew she wanted to be involved in health and wellness, and found her place in women’s fitness. Shelby participated in her first pilates mat class in 2001 and was hooked. She joined the team at Diva Fitness and soon became a certified pilates mat and reformer instructor. Shelby does one on one training with clients as well as group training.

For over 10 years Beulah has been taking fitness classes. Inspired by the changes it had made in her life Beulah took the steps to becoming a BCRPA registered fitness instructor.

 
She currently teaches Group fitness and Spinning classes.

Always having a passion for health, fitness and exercise inspired Hertha to become a Registered Instructor with BCRPA in 2006 and has been teaching at Diva Fitness ever since. Whether teaching Group classes, Spinning, Step, or Pilates, Hertha is committed to inspiring her clients to live an active and healthy lifestyle.

As a fitness professional for the past 25 years, Linda employs a passion for everything involved in fitness and healthy lifestyles. She works as a supervisor of other fitness leaders, designing and scheduling fitness programs, teaching workshops and yoga courses, enabling her to take her knowledge to a new level.

  Bristol BordenBristol

 

Having a passion for an active life style and belief in health through fitness Bristol has spent over 10 years in the wellness industry.

 

She is BCRPA certified, and has pursued studies in numerous directions including Pilates mat and reformer, yoga, weight training, spinning and aerobics.

 

Bristol works as a Youth Worker for the Langley School District and finds balance through her teaching and practice.
