Bellyfit and Barre Classes

 

Yoga Classes
Flexibility: Stretching your tight body in new ways will help you to become more flexible, bringing a greater range of motion to muscles and joints.

 

Strength: Many yoga poses require you to support the weight of your own body in new ways, including balancing on one leg or supporting yourself with your arms.

 

Muscle tone: As a by-product of getting stronger, you can expect to see increased muscle tone. Yoga helps shape long, lean muscles.

Pain Prevention: Increased flexibility and strength can help prevent the causes of some types of back pain.


CORE YOGA

This 75 min class is specially designed to increase core strength and stability through vinyasas, yoga poses and pilates exercises that focus specifically on the core. By learning to engage your core, this class will enhance your yoga practice and tone your entire body.

 

This is an excellent workout and all levels are welcome!

 

HATHA YOGA

Concentrating on physical health and mental well-being Hatha uses bodily postures, breathing techniques, and meditation with the goal of creating a sound healthy body & a clear peaceful mind.

 

FLOW YOGA

This class incorporates various postures within a series of sequential movements. This process generates heat in the body and helps to build muscular strength.

 

GENTLE YOGA

Safe, simple & relaxing promoting flexibility & muscle balance using a unique teaching method that creates a warm, positive environment for all.

 

YOGA/PILATES

A blend of essential mat exercises & Hatha yoga (all levels).
